I’m excited about the new announcements Universal Studios Hollywood has put out for upcoming events at the park. I am thrilled to see the holidays come to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, it looks amazing. The projected images on the castle are beautiful. Christmas continues to be one of my favorite times of the year in the movies and I think there are a lot of opportunities to showcase this holiday in the park. The special menu items that are hinted at also look delicious and like they will be full of inspiration for my menus. For my first recipe, please check out my Eton Mess. It appears to be a holiday special menu item for the Wizarding World, but I thought it was great for the summer too. Looks like we need to start planning a trip!
I think the addition of DreamWorks content will also be very fun. How To Train Your Dragon characters are exciting additions. It has been a family favorite since the start of the series. I’m curious if they will come up with any themed food for the additional characters. Kung Fu Panda seems a prime candidate. Maybe I will brainstorm a little to see what I can come up with in this theme.
Exciting stuff! Anyone else planning a trip?
