I don’t know if you’ve been following all the news on the opening of Disneyland’s Galaxy Edge, but I’ve been excited to see all the information coming out about the new land, as well as the attractions and of course the food and drinks. To celebrate the grand opening as well as to kick off summer cocktail season, I’m sharing the Star Wars Galaxy Edge Yub Nub. This is a drink made from Pineapple Rum, Spiced Rum, Citrus Juices, and Passion Fruit. At Disneyland it’s served in a great souvenir mug!

Star Wars Galaxy Edge Yub Nub Recipe
We were fortunate to visit Disneyland’s Galaxy Edge and get a spot at Oga’s Cantina. We ordered a variety of drinks and had a great time listening to DJ Rex. Having poured over the information available including reviews and having a chance to try this, I think this recipe pretty much nails the flavors of what is offered at the park. I don’t have passion fruit seeds floating in the drink, but honestly I prefer it that way. This drink is fantastic, we all loved it. I made a non-alcoholic version for my kids and my youngest drank it so fast I could hardly believe it. When I asked if he liked it he responded “obviously!” I call that success.

Pineapple and spiced rum sound like the perfect combo! Ii never heard of passion fruit syrup. Ii need to try it!
I encourage you to try the passion fruit syrup, it turned out fantastic. My kids have been using it in various juices all week, also nice in seltzer water, tea or lemonade. Enjoy!
This sounds so refreshing and perfect for summer. Hope you get to see the new Star Wars land soon!
It really is refreshing, I’ve been tempted to make another all day! I cannot wait to visit Disneyland and see Galaxy Edge!
What a great take on a rum punch. Sounds out of this world….get it? Star Wars…out of this world? Never mind…sounds amazing.
I think the goal of most of the Galaxy Edge food and drinks is to give you an “out of this world” experience!
I left a review, but I left a 5 star one… let me know if I need to do something to fix it. The drink sounds amazing. I would make it in a hot minute.
Thank you, it looks like the review came in just fine.
We made these tonight and drank them out of our Endor mugs from Oga’s Cantina. These were great and very close to what we had in the park! Thank you
I’m so glad you enjoyed it!
This tropical drink sounds delicious!! The pineapple and mango with the passion fruit. Yum!
