Lemon Fruit Dip Recipe

Lemon Fruit Dip
This creamy and tart Lemon Fruit Dip is the perfect starter for any summer get together. This is a fantastic dessert when you are looking for something light.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon extract and the zest and juice from one lemon together, blend until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with pretzel rods, graham crackers, grapes, kiwi, nectarines, apples, and strawberries.
