I must admit that making marshmallows from scratch had me nervous. Candy can be a bit tricky. I found this recipe to be incredibly easy, minus getting the marshmallow mixture into the pan. I wasn’t sure how they would turn out, but after letting them sit overnight and then tasting the next day, my entire family was sold on making these homemade. The marshmallow was amazing, so much better than what you can buy at the store. We cannot wait to try to chocolate coat these, as that is one of our favorite treats (we love See’s chocolate marshmallow pumpkins). They were gone so fast I couldn’t believe it. I will be making another batch today!Yum
