My Healthier Orange Julius Copycat recipe is a great way to get all the fantastic flavor of a traditional Orange Julius but without the sugar and with added Omega-3.

I received Seriously Delicious Total Omega Orange Creme and Organic Energy Seed Blend from Barleans. I will admit that I am do not eat fish, and therefore need to find alternative sources to gain the health benefits of fish. I’ve tried fish oil supplements in the past but just cannot handle the taste or after effects it leaves on my stomach. I was excited to try the Barleans Total Omega Orange Creme and I wasn’t disappointed. It tastes great, and there is no upset stomach or awful burps that come with fish oil normally. I’m so excited about it I’ve been dreaming up all kinds of ways to add it to our diet. My first idea was this Healthier Orange Julius Copycat recipe I’m sharing today.
