The Walt Disney World Epcot Food and Wine Festival introduces a bunch of fun dishes for everyone to try each year. Disney put out a recipe book with a number of popular recipes that included this one for Disney’s Pepper Bacon Mac and Cheese. Mac and Cheese is a favorite in our house and I thought the flavors sounded fantastic in this one. Turns out I was right. This is a perfect side dish for any meal. This would pair perfectly with Big Thunder Ranch BBQ Ribs or the Royal Street Chicken Salad. Of course, it can be a meal in itself. I know that is what we did when we first had it as we could not stop eating it!

This sounds delicious. I love the bit of heat and the bacon!
Love the addition of both bacon and jalapeño to this mac n cheese. I know it would be devoured here.
This is really awesome! Bacon and Jalapeño provides such a great flavor profile! Can’t wait to give this a try.
Love this! Bacon and cheese with a kick of jalapeno sounds awesome.
With the bacon, jalapeno and cream cheese this could be called Mac and Cheese Poppers. Sounds amazing.
Well, there is no cream cheese in the recipe but I guess if you were to add it you could make a popper 🙂
Anything added (especially bacon) to mac and cheese is good by me!
My family will love this mac and cheese! Can’t wait to try it.
