My cousin got married at her beautiful home in Montana overlooking her amazing views of the mountains. She had her reception catered at her home and one of my favorite dishes inspired these Antipasto Appetizers. When I heard that this month’s #ImproveCookingChallenge ingredients were olives and cheese, I just had to make this. These are incredibly easy to pull together and a wonderful make ahead option. You could also serve these with either a marinara or ranch dip to add even more flavor if desired.Yum
