Disneyland New Orleans Square Menu

One of my favorite lands in Disneyland is New Orleans Square. I love the architecture of the buildings, the sound of Dixie land jazz and the water from the Rivers of America as you walk through the entire land. It is one of my favorite places to eat as well since they have the Blue Bayou, Cafe Orleans, French Market and the Mint Julep Bar. How can anyone resist so many wonderful options. Many of the recipes on my Disneyland New Orleans Square Menu are from Cafe Orleans but I took inspiration from the Blue Bayou for the party decor.

In this post, I've compiled everything you need to put together a New Orleans Square Dinner Party at your home. Enjoy!

Disneyland's New Orleans Square Decor Inspiration

The decor at the Blue Bayou in Disneyland is beautiful and the perfect jumping off point to use as inspiration for your dining room our outdoor dining area. To get the effect of the Blue Bayou, I highly recommend getting a cricket sound machine since the sounds of the crickets are so prevalent while you are eating. Just add the strumming of a banjo and if you close your eyes you will think you are there! The tables at the Blue Bayou are metal outdoor patio dining sets as you are supposed to be dining on the patio of an old plantation on the Bayou in New Orleans. They have candle table lamps on each table as well as white dishes and blue napkins. There are a lot of plants in the Bayou so make sure to add plants to your dining area. In addition, there are paper lanterns hanging from the trees to add additional lighting.

New Orleans Square Shopping List

In order to make it as easy as possible to pull together the New Orleans Square menu and dinner party, I wanted to include some links to items I used or would purchase when hosting this event. Not all the items below match what I have exactly and I may not have actually used these products. While I try to always recommend things I have used in this case it isn't possible. I have included items below that if I were shopping today I would personally order. I have been collecting many of the items I used over the years. You likely have things around your house as well and I encourage you to think creatively when pulling together your table.
